If any goods are damaged or orders are incorrect you must call us on 01782 566166 within 24 hours of delivery as no refunds or replacements will be given until the damaged or incorrect items are reported and goods returned to the address on the home page. Once goods are shipped any returned items will incur a 25% restocking charge. Delivery costs of any returned items will be responsibility of the customer.

Terms do not affect your statutory rights.

To pay for your order you can either send us a cheque payable to PITT LTD. and tools will be dispatched on the day cheque is received or place order via the web and our secure on line payment system will take the money from your credit or debit card.

Delivery of your purchased goods will be on a next day term (subject to courier service) other than Friday orders will be delivered on a Monday, subject to stock and availability and you will be charged dependent on weight of your order(over 159kg will go on a 2 - 3 day delivery). Please see weight descriptions for prices.


When you have received your order you will need to check it on the day of delivery as no discrepancies will be reconciled after the day they were delivered. You must keep the damaged parcel for our collection. We do require proof of damaged items. Couriers may come back to the property to inspect the damaged parcel.
